At MoreBeer!, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brewing supplies; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 60 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that perishable items like liquid yeast and hops must be handled with specific care to be eligible for return.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring that fragile glass carboys or brewing equipment are well-padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
