To ensure the highest quality and safety, we cannot accept returns on perishable items such as yeast, hops, and malt. For hardware and equipment, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items.
How do I ensure my liquid yeast arrives fresh?
We highly recommend adding an ice pack to your order during warmer months. We also suggest choosing an expedited shipping method to minimize time in transit for temperature-sensitive ingredients.
