The Story

  • A little more malty than our classic Kolsch Ale. Ruby in color and drinks like a lager
  • Includes Perle and Saaz hops

  • Makes 5 gallons of finished beer

An interesting take on a Kölsch.  Inspired by our craving for German Kölsch Beers, we tried to capture the drinkability but enhance the color and maltiness. Imagine a ale beer that is ruby in color and drinks like a lager! This is it!

  • SRM (Color Range): 17
  • IBUs: 21
  • Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 5%

 

Our recipe kits DO NOT include grain bags, yeast or priming sugar.
