It is the premium method to safely clean your stainless steel pressurized growler without caustic chemicals or scrubbing and widely used in the brewing industry. Active ingredient in PBW is 30% Sodium Metasilicate and the rest composed primarily of percarbonate (Oxyclean) and sodium bicarbonate.
