  • Our Sierra Nevada Stout clone is an excellent interpretation of their beautiful, well-rounded American Stout
  • Includes Bravo™ and Cascade hops
  • Estimated ABV: 5.7%
  • Estimated IBUs: 48-53
  • Makes 5 gallons of finished beer

An excellent clone kit of Sierra Nevada's Stout!  This kit is a beautiful example of a well rounded American Stout, utilizing 3 different hops and 7 different malts!  The end result is a bold but smooth malt flavor, backed by about 50 IBUs and an ABV around 5.7%.

While most people associate darker beers with colder weather, we like to think of this as a "year-round" stout due to it being so well balanced and easy-drinking!

  • SRM (Color Range): 32-35
  • IBUs: 48-53
  • Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 5.7%
