The Artisan Hops® Hop Shot is an easy way to boost IBUs without adding vegetal matter to your beer. This CO2 hop extract is a blend of Cluster and Magnum hops, which will impart a slight earthy, fruity character to your beer. 1 mL boiled in 5 gallons of 1.050 wort for 60 minutes will add approximately 10 IBUs.
Add to boiling wort only. We recommend softening the extract before use. Place the syringe in a warm glass of water at the beginning of your brew day, or create a slurry by adding the extract directly to a small amount of pre-boiled water.
